Personalised Videos

At this time, payment is only accepted via bank transfer for personalised videos.

Full payment must be made upon booking your personalised video - this is fully refundable if you choose to cancel your video.

Bookings must be made at least a week in advance to give us enough time to create your video. If you would like to change your character, this must be requested at least 5 days before your requested date. There will be no extra charge for changing your character.

Videos will be sent on the requested day as agreed in your initial booking, we will also agree a time with you of when you will receive your video by on your selected day.

The personalised video will be sent via email and will be addressed from your chosen character(s). The video will be an attachment, please contact us immediately if you have any difficulties opening your video.
Mini Magic Visits and Party Packages

All bookings will require a 25% non-refundable deposit to be made at the time of booking in order to reserve you character, date and time. Your booking will be held for 24 hours without a deposit - if after 24 hours we have not received the deposit the booking will not be reserved.

For any agreed bookings outside of our listed areas, an extra fuel charge may be required. This will be discussed upon booking. (Mini Magic Visits only)

Bookings must be made at least 3 weeks in advance, we will try to accommodate last minute requests however this is not guaranteed. If you need to make any changes to the date and/or time of your visit, please notify us as soon as possible. Any changes made less than 72 hours before the booking can not be guaranteed.

In the event of a cancellation, we will explore the option with you to transfer your paid deposit over to a different service or event should this be of interest to you.

You will receive a text message from your character on the morning of your booking to confirm all details. Please have your phone nearby around the arrival time as they will also call you when they arrive at the venue.

Our performers do not tolerate inappropriate behaviour and have the right to leave a visit if they feel they are being treated inappropriately.
Events

Tickets only need to be purchased for your child(ren), adults attend every event free of charge.

If you need to cancel your place at one of our events, we can transfer the deposit over to another event or exchange it for another one of our services.

All event details will be listed on the What's On section of our website.

We will have photographers at every event to capture magical moments, please inform us beforehand if you do not wish for your child's photo to be used for promotional purposes (social media/website etc.).

If your child has any allergies, you must let us know this upon booking so we can make alternative arrangements for your child.

Our performers will be in character throughout the full duration of the event, they will be looking out for your child's wellbeing and safety as will our Sparkle Assistants. However, the adult in attendance with your child will be responsible for the child's wellbeing and safety.

In the rare occasion that the event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund - however this is very unlikely to happen!

The non-refundable deposit must be made via bank transfer, the remainder of the payment will be taken on the day by one of our Sparkle Assistants and can be either bank transfer or cash.
Please note, deposits can only be transferred once. If you have transferred a deposit over to another service or a different date/time, this can only be done the one time. In the event that you need to reschedule again, a new deposit will need to be made.
