1. What methods of payment are accepted?

For all events we can accept cash payments, bank transfer or debit/credit cards! Please note that all event bookings will require a non-refundable deposit via bank transfer with the final full payment to be made on the day!

Unfortunately, we can only accept bank transfer for personalised videos at this time!

2. What happens if we can’t attend our event but have already paid a deposit?

Unfortunately, all deposits are non-refundable. However, we are more than happy to transfer your deposit over to another event or exchange it for a different service so that your little one can still have a one-to-one experience with one of our characters.

Please note, deposits can only be transferred once.

3. Will I need to provide anything?

At every Once Upon A Sparkle event, we will provide everything from activities and decorations to food and drinks! However, if you wish to send your child with any specific foods or drinks we are more than happy for you to do so we only ask that you notify us of this when making the booking!

For party packages, we provide everything we need to complete the party however we do not provide the birthday cake or any food and decorations.

4. Are all events appropriate for all ages?

Our events are aimed at ages 3-10 - if your child falls out of this age range please do get in touch and we can discuss tailoring the event for your child to still be able to enjoy the festivities. All activities that will take place at each event will be listed on the events page and our social media so you can also decide if you feel your child is of a suitable age to attend!

5. I have purchased a personalised video, can I have more than one character?

Of course you can! For having 2 characters in a personalised video, there will be an extra cost however this can be discussed at the time of booking.
